My HEALTHCHECK process will help you better understand where you’re starting from and the key challenges and opportunities faced by your organisation in relation to legacy giving.  Insight gathered  through internal stakeholder interviews; a bespoke assessment questionnaire and desk research will allow me to assess your organisation's performance against the 10  steps to successful legacy giving, 

ACTIVITIES

• Kick off meeting (call / Zoom / face to face)
• Desk research 
• Stakeholder interviews (x5) Schedule, undertake and write up - minimum I’d recommend
• Insight review – clues, hunches and recommendations
• Write up of final report
• Meeting to discussion final report (call / Zoom / face to face)

• Strategy and Operational Plan write up
• Meeting to discuss output / next steps (call / Zoom / face to face)
• x2 hours further telephone support

BENEFITS

Outputs include a strategy document and narrative - built around the ten steps  – target audience recommendations and proposition suggestions, alongside a more detailed operational plan to help bring the strategy to life.
