The collaborative approach will ensure key stakeholders are engaged and have the opportunity to contribute – optimising the likelihood of success for the project.
Building upon the HEALTHCHECK, and supplemented by further external stakeholder interviews to understand perceptions of and motivations to support your organisation, the STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT stage will shape your new legacy giving strategy based upon the HEALTHCHECK recommendations .
Outputs include a strategy document and narrative - built around the ten steps – target audience recommendations and proposition suggestions, alongside a more detailed operational plan to help bring the strategy to life.
